Printing options: Can be printed digitally for short runs or litho for longer runs. Foiling is an option.
Paper/card options: Can be printed with no limitations, see ’Paper & Card Chart’ below.

Samples Service

Paper & Card Choices

For simple wraps we recommend using a paper weight up to 200gsm. For weights over this - we recommend creasing the wrap in order to eliminate cracking when folded.

Uncoated Board

As close to recycled credentials as it gets - without the high cost! It has a very slight rough-fibre finish. Available in all weights. Creasing recommended on the heavier weights.

Premium Box Board

A Versatile Box Board. Coated on the front and uncoated on the reverse. A very stiff board. Available in 385 or 450 microns. Creasing is a must!

Natural Kraft Board

Made from 100% unbleached virgin kraft fibre. Fully recyclable.
Available in 385 or 450 microns. Creasing is a must!

Satin & Gloss Art Board

Silk or Gloss Art. Gives a very smooth finish. Available in all weights. Less stiff than box board or kraft board, so no creasing required on the thinner sheets.

Colourful Range

A great range of coloured papers & cards. Available in a variety of weights from 80gsm to 270gsm

Custom Packaging Templates…

Artwork for custom packaging is created using a die-cutting and creasing PDF template as a point of reference for your design.

Upon request, we are happy to email you the appropriate packaging template as a PDF file. Fineprint will help guide you in choosing the best template for your requirements.
